A few things
to know.

Where and when do you deliver?

We deliver within Amsterdam between 11:00 and 17:00. Choose your delivery time slot when ordering. Delivery is a flat € 25,00 per order.

How far in advance should I order?

For orders of up to 100 onigiri, please order by 18:00 the day before delivery. For orders of more than 100 onigiri, please order at least 2 days in advance.

What is the minimum order, and how much should I order?

The minimum order is 50 onigiri. We recommend 3 per person, depending on appetites and what else you’re serving.

How can I pay, and can I get a business invoice?

We accept iDEAL, credit/debit cards and bank transfers. Business orders can be confirmed before payment, with an agreed payment term of 14 or 30 days. Business invoices are issued directly online; the payment due date is shown on your invoice.

Are vegan options available?

Yes. Green Harmony, Avocado Yukari and Namul are vegan. Vegan labels and allergen information are shown with each flavour when you order.

Is the onigiri ready to eat on arrival?

Yes. Your onigiri arrives ready to eat: no heating required.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Changes and cancellations are free up to 48 hours before your scheduled delivery. After that, changes depend on availability, and charges may apply for ingredients or preparation already committed. Please email us with your order number. Changes take effect once we confirm them.
